We used York’s Remodeling & Repairs, LLC to floor an area of our attic space, and to close off part of the same area thereby creating a usable storage area. Mr. York was very professional and did an excellent job for the price that was quoted. Side note while doing this work Mr. York realized that there was a problem with the roof ridge vent over the area he was working in.

We had York’s replace our front door and shutters in September of 2013 and then we again had them in to fix some dry wall issues in February of 2014.

York’s Remodeling & Repairs removed an old, built-in hot tub from our deck and then filled in the resulting hole with new framing and deck boards. They also replaced several warped, cracked and split boards on our deck. The removal of the old hot tub was NOT an easy task because a large nest of yellow-jacket bees had nested in the foam insulation surrounding the tub below the deck. They had to call in an exterminator to “take care” of the nest so they could remove the tub. York’s also installed a heavy duty handrail on my front steps going up to the front entrance of my house.

Dave and his brother mounted a shadow box in the masonry above my fireplace. It needed to be secure enough to hold a large flat screen TV, game accessories, and the occasional "bump" from a teenager or two. My timeframe was tight due to company coming into town, but Dave and his brother not only completed it in time but also did a fantastic job securing it to the wall with no-chance of it being knocked down by unruly teenage boys. Dave and his brother were polite, communicated well with me during the project, and were respectful to my budget. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves, so I was all set for my visitors!
