York’s Remodeling & Repairs removed an old, built-in hot tub from our deck and then filled in the resulting hole with new framing and deck boards. They also replaced several warped, cracked and split boards on our deck. The removal of the old hot tub was NOT an easy task because a large nest of yellow-jacket bees had nested in the foam insulation surrounding the tub below the deck. They had to call in an exterminator to “take care” of the nest so they could remove the tub. York’s also installed a heavy duty handrail on my front steps going up to the front entrance of my house.

 

Mr. York and his crew completed all of the work in a professional manner, and they were very easy to work with. I was pleased with the price I paid and I was very surprised that the actual final cost was less than the estimated budget. 

 

I would not hesitate to use York’s in the future or to recommend them to my friends.
