Dave York is, hands down, our family’s “Go To” person for superb results and service.  We call upon Dave for all work that must be completed with attention to detail.  We trust Dave to be honest about the work that is necessary, to discourage jobs that may not result in bang-for-our-buck, and to be fair in his pricing.  We trust Dave in our home and know that it is safe to allow him to work there when we are gone - even asking him to work while we are out of town.  Our home was built in 1867 and has many quirks and oddities.   Dave’s craftsmanship blends into our home in a way that looks original.  There is only one drawback to Dave York:  he may retire one day and we will all be left in the lurch.  I hesitate to even write this review because it may cause his schedule to fill up and provide less time for the projects I wanted to secure him on!! Regardless, you will not be disappointed with Dave York’s Remodeling and Repair.  The man knows what he is doing and will get your job completed to your expectation.
