We used York’s Remodeling & Repairs, LLC to floor an area of our attic space, and to close off part of the same area thereby creating a usable storage area. Mr. York was very professional and did an excellent job for the price that was quoted. Side note while doing this work Mr. York realized that there was a problem with the roof ridge vent over the area he was working in.

This was allowing snow to blow into the area. Upon contacting the roofing company which had put on a new roof earlier in the year we found that the installed ridge vent was not the correct type for the Indiana weather. Had this not been brought to our attention anything we stored in the new storage area could have been ruined.
