Dave,

I did want to let you know the bathroom/bathtub looks great!   I really like what you did with the trim piece along the tub, I had thought about something like that, but you did a great job with that!   I did rebuild the plumbing for the toilet to take care of the leak there and have patched the wall surface so that little job is done as well.   

Still haven’t painted final coat yet as Lisa is contemplating changing the color in the bathroom.   I have to laugh as Lisa has commented several times that the new tub is ‘solid’ and the bottom does not flex like the old one did… I told her I can have you come back and remove the blocking under the tub if that would make her more comfortable…..  So many years with the ‘flexible’ tub, I think she has forgotten what a properly installed tub feels like!  I tell you it is so nice to have a sink and tub that actually drain again….
